The future success of children is extremely unpredictable. We often have no choice but to support them in whatever direction they wish to the best of our ability. That said, we can often see very soon in their lives what kind of person they will want to be, as personalities tend to show from a few months old, if you haven’t already guessed it from their parents. For those in touch with their emotions you’ll want to give them space to keep all their sentimental trinkets, while keeping it small enough to make sure they don’t cross that close line of hoarding everything they see.
