Superhero and Mermaids: My Toy Project

May 5, 2016

I bet I’m not alone when I say that my kids have too many toys! Yet some how the amount they have increases regularly!

I guess it doesn’t help when your mum likes to make things as well, and that’s exactly what I’ve done!

I’ve been getting my craft on lately and since discovering Dolls and Daydreams, I’ve become ever so slightly addicted to making the wonderful creations that can be found on the website.
I first joined their Facebook for inspiration and then practised on the free charity doll before deciding to buy two patterns.

I bought a superhero pattern for R and a mermaid pattern for M.
It didn’t take me very long make them and I have to say I love them!
I thought I’d share some pictures with you of the creative process and the end results!

I’ve since purchased the knight pattern, as well as a ballerina and elephant alternative! This is a seriously addictive hobby!

These are seriously adorable! I'm not crafty at all, though I wish I was. These are much more special than anything that can be bought in a store. #binkylinky
