Love Christmas Ltd Review and Competition

October 22, 2013

Can you believe that there are only 63 days to go until Christmas! It feels like only yesterday that we were celebrating our twins first Christmas and now all of a sudden it’s come around again!

In 2013, Twin Daddy and I moved into our home the week before Christmas. We made sure that we had a Christmas Tree up with some lights and decorations on for our girls to look at, but that was the only decoration we had.

This year will be different! We plan on having more decorations, lights and even more tinsel!

We were lucky to be sent a fabulous Wintery Snowglobe to review courtesy of Love Christmas Ltd. Plus we’re also offering you the chance to win a £35 voucher to spend at Love Christmas Ltd.

Love Christmas Ltd have an effortless, affordable and comfortable approach. They designed a web-based business meaning they can pass on their savings to us due to their minimal overheads. Selling a range of decorations, gifts, trees and lights at outstandingly good prices, you’ll be sure to find something you like.

I chose to receive the ‘Wintery Snowglobe’ mainly because I love the magic of snowglobes! Snow floating around in a bubble which encases a perfectly, wintery, Christmas scene, oh, I’m getting goosebumps already!

But….

This isn’t just any snowglobe!

It depicts a snow-covered house (in the globe) – along with snow-laden tress, Santa, snowmen and a Christmas Train.

The globe lights up and changes different colours and the train actually follows the track around in a circle.

It even plays an assortment of 8 Christmas songs!

There are two modes of play. You can either just have the lights on or you can have the light and music on. I was also impressed by the little lantern on this snowglobe as even that lights up too!

I love the attention to detail on this item. As well as the traditional figures there is also a cute little dog much to our girls delight as dogs are their favourite animals!

The train passengers include a teddy bear and the train is bursting with Christmas presents.

To truly experience this snowglobe in all it’s glory I filmed a short video.

My dad was an ambulance control officer, so when I was growing up he could never be with us on Christmas Day, as he needed to keep other people safe. Now he's retired we can all be together! 🙂
