Celebrating 20 Years of Good Causes

December 10, 2014
On November 19th 2014, the
National Lottery celebrated 20 years of Good Causes. The £32 billion
raised from the fund has helped a wealth of charities and projects
across the UK, including the funding of 12,700 after school clubs and
the preservation of 70,500 hectares of wildlife habitats. The fund
has also invested £1.4 billion into health projects over the last
five years and £526 million to help improve the quality of life for
the over 60’s. To say thank you and help raise awareness of how
Good Causes funding has helped improve communities across the UK,
World Lottery Club
has published an infographic to highlight some of these incredible
facts and figures. Please share to help spread the word!
