My top skincare products

I don’t tend to write posts about skincare and beauty often, but I thought I would share with you my favourite skincare products to tighten and smooth the skin.
Up first is my favourite cleanser: Sanctuary Spa Ultimate Facial Cleansing Oil. This oil helps to cleanse and hydrate skin without stripping skin of protective oils and precious natural moisture.
It’s easy on your purse at just £13.00 for 150ml bottle.
I use this morning and night and it helps to remove all traces of make-up and dirt from skin, leaving it feeling soft and clean.
Next up is No7’s Youthful Eye Serum, which is available in boots for just £19.50. The bottle may small at just 15ml, but it’s last me two months so far proving that a little really does go a long way.
This serum helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness in just 4 weeks.
It’s No7’s first clinically proven hypo-allergenic eye serum. It’s easy to apply by simply dabbing it around the eye area and I definitely noticed a difference within 4 weeks.

Another favourite of mine which is also again a No7 product is No7 Protect & Perfect Day Cream. It’s £22.00 for 50ml.
Aimed at women aged between 25 and 35 this day cream helps to protect young skin by delaying the first signs of ageing, to help boost radiance and it also visibly improves fine lines.
I’ve been using this for a good number of months now and I love it. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy.
When I apply make up on top, my make-up doesn’t slide off, which I’ve found can happen with other day creams.
When it comes to exfoliating my skin I love Resurf.a.stic Face.
Growing up I had really bad skin and I used to exfoliate my skin every day. I don’t exfoliate my skin as much nowadays, maybe once or twice a week and now and again when I feel my skins needs a bit of a boost. This exfoliation skin leaves my skin feeling soft and looking radiant.

I started Twin Mummy and Daddy in 2012.  

Over time Twin Mummy and Daddy has gone from strength to strength. I write about our family life, my love for running and our passion for adventure and travel.  

We’ve also started living a more eco-friendly life. As such I also write about our zero waste journey in a bid to encourage others to think about the impact they have on the environment.

I’m a keen runner and in April 2019 I ran the London Marathon for an amazing charity called WellChild. It’s one of my biggest achievements to date. I raised over £2,000 for the charity and learnt so much along the way.

This year we’re passionate about spending time outdoors. We’ll be sharing our travel, days out and camping adventures right here on Twin Mummy and Daddy.
