It’s official! Both R and M are Bigjigs Play Patrol Agents!
What are Play Patrol Agents I hear you ask?
Well, they are highly trained little people who complete secret missions for Bigjigs by putting fun to the test!
To help us with our mission Bigjigs sent R and M a Play Patrol T-shirt, cap, certificate of approval and some secret note paper and a pencil each.
R and M are two years and four months old so the two toys we were sent are perfect for them both.
They have a toy kitchen that we bought for them earlier this year, along with lots of plastic toy food and saucepans so role play toys always go down well here!
Muffin Tray
They both love role playing games and the muffin tray we were sent is a very welcome addition!
It contains six absolutely delicious looking wooden muffins which slot neatly into the base of the tray.
I love that each muffin has a little place holder on the tray because it means that R and M can carry the tray around without the muffins toppling over or falling off the tray.
The tray is really lightweight so it’s perfect for little one’s to carry around, plus the top of each muffin can be removed as they’re attached with velcro.
This is great for mixing and matching the muffin tops, but also great as a colour matching game!
Each muffin has a different design on and they’re all painted with really fabulous bright paint.
As well as being great for role play, this muffin tray is a wonderful way to teach children all about a healthy and balanced diet.
The muffin tray is suitable for children aged two and over and is a good way to ignite children’s imaginations with creative role play.
There are 13 pieces in total.
Tea Tray Set Review
This tea set is so pretty! I adore it and actually wish I could have one made for me!
It comes complete with a wooden tray with carrying handles.
The sides of the tray are quite high which is great as it prevents the items on the tray from falling off when being carried.
This set includes:
- Teapot
- Sugar bowl and spoon
- Milk jug
- Two cups
- Two spoons
- One plate
- Two brightly coloured biscuits (which can be divided into six pieces)
As with the muffin tray this tea tray set is really brightly coloured which makes it really appealing to children.
It’s suitable from two years and is another great role play toy.
It consists of 18 pieces.
Quality
The quality of the muffin tray and tea tray set is second to none. They’re both really durable toys that can withstand a good amount of toddler throwing, chewing, drooling and hitting!
As with all Bigjigs toys they’re made from high quality, responsibly sourced materials.
Outdoor Play
To help fuel our girls imaginations we decided to take their new muffin tray and tea tray set into the garden.
We even dressed for the occasion with ballerina dresses and wellies! We play in style in this household!
Both R and M loved making mummy and daddy a cup of tea.
They loved using the spoon that comes with the sugar bowl to count how many sugars we have in our tea and then they added some (pretend) milk using the jug and (pretend) hot water using the teapot!
We drank our cups of tea in the garden and then followed it with some delicious muffins!
Here’s a short video I’ve put together:
For the purpose of this review we were sent one Bigjigs Muffin Tray and one Bigjigs Tea Tray Set
