Top That Publishing Book Review
Twin daddy and I were very lucky to have been sent two books to review from Top That Publishing.
The first book is called: ‘The Froobles. Sienna Strawberry and the ice palace ballet’
First off, I love the illustrations in this book. Especially the ballerinas as they actually look like something I could make for our girls at home with some pipe cleaners and other bits and pieces!
Both M and R enjoyed this book. I think because the book is quite small it was easy for our girls to hold and they both enjoyed looking at the pictures whilst I read to them.
The story is lovely about an aspiring Strawberry who longs to be a famous ballerina. At £2.99, this book is a great price and an even better read.
The second book is called: ‘Chloe Cow’ and it is a hand puppet book. I love these books! The fact that its not just a book but also an interactive bit of entertainment brings out the kid in me!
Before reading the book, I put my hand in the puppet and showed our girls, Chloe Cow. Making funny noises as I moved the puppet had our girls in fits of giggles!
The story itself again is nice, about Chloe Cow who is looking for some grass to eat and the illustrations are great too. This book is priced at £6.99 and for the money it’s worth it.
