Disneyland Paris 2018 Trip Report Day 5

You can read all about day five here. After breakfast, we headed over to the Walt Disney Studios and opened up the Lineberty app around 9.40am to try and book a meet with Captain America and Buzz Lightyear. I opened the app on both my phone and my husbands. I managed to book a slot for Buzz Lightyear in twenty minutes time, and Captain America around 3pm. We headed straight over to where the Buzz Lightyear meet was in Toon Plaza. There’s been some confusion over the way in which the bookable characters can be booked. It appears that a lot… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris 2018 Trip Report Day 4

To read all about day three, please click here. After the excitement of yesterdays Marvel Superhero Meal, my husband and I decided that today should be a bit more relaxed. After a buffet breakfast in the Disneyland Hotel, we headed into the park with no plans, but to enjoy the day. As we walked up Main Street, we saw that there was a very short queue to meet Donald Duck so we decided to join. This was during Early Magic Hours (EMH). Donald Duck was great, and my husband got a pretty cool selfie with him! Donal Duck signed the… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris 2018 Trip Report Day 3

To read all about Day 2, click here. Last night I went to the concierge desk in the Disneyland Hotel where we’re staying and asked about booking the Marvel meal. This is a meal in the Manhattan Restaurant inside the Newport Bay Hotel, in which you get to meet Captain America, Thor and Black Widow. Unfortunately, I was told that it was fully booked for the rest of our stay. I was disappointed, but we’d already met Captain America which was a bonus so I didn’t think of anymore of it. That was until the morning of day 3. I… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris 2018 Trip Report – Marvel Summer of Superheroes. Day Two!

After a very busy and exhausting first day, which you can read about here, day two was definitely a bit more chilled! We woke up feeling rejuvenated from a good nights sleep, but by 1pm we were all exhausted again! We started the day with a character breakfast in Plaza Gardens. This is a buffet style restaurant just off main street. Breakfast is a mixture of hot and cold foods, including cereals, cheeses etc. Whilst you’re sitting down, the characters come over to your table so that you can have a photo with them and they can sign your autograph… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris 2018 Trip Report – Marvel Summer of Superheroes. Day One!

We’ve recently returned from a wonderful trip to Disneyland Paris. We went last year for four full days, and decided that we’d like to return again this year for longer. Back in October 2017 we booked our 2018 holiday for six full days! Some people will say this is too long, but for us it was perfect! We were able to do so much more than last year. We left on Saturday 9th June and flew from Cardiff airport. We spent the first night in Hotel Kyriad, but caught the free shuttle bus to Disneyland so that we could collect… [Read More]

Dining at Disney World Resort Florida

Disneyland Paris is undoubtedly the best holiday we have ever been on. It’s no secret that we’re big Disney fans in our house. Aside from the Disney memorabilia that adorns pretty much every room in our home, my children and I also have the Lego Disney castle on our wish list for Christmas! I like to write blog posts about our experience in Disneyland Paris, but also posts about Disney that I hope will help other people who are thinking of going and have never been before. You can read all of my Disney related posts here. This is one of… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris Trip Report Day 4

If you’ve enjoyed reading my Disney Trip Report, you can read them all here, along with lots more Disney posts! So day 4 is our last day in Disney. Sad times! We knew we had to make the most of our last day, so we crammed in as much as we could and that also meant watching the castle illuminations show one last time. On the morning of our last day, we had breakfast in inventions in our hotel (the Disney Hotel) and then we headed straight over to Frontierland as R was desperate to meet Peter Pan. When we… [Read More]

This morning we had breakfast with the characters booked at Plaza Gardens which is a short walk from the Disney Hotel where we were staying. Disneyland Paris Trip Report Day 2

Following on from my last Disneyland Paris trip report here is a report of day number 2! Today, (Tuesday), was forecast rain so we decided to head over to the Disney Studios to meet some characters. Officially the Studios don’t open until 10am, but I had read online that the gates actually open at 9.30am. After having breakfast in our hotel (the Disneyland Hotel) restaurant, Inventions, we headed straight to the Studios. We arrived around 9am and found a small crowd of people waiting. We joined one of the lines so pretty close to the front of the queue. When the… [Read More]

Disneyland Paris Trip Report Day 1

Disneyland Castle

It’s hard to believe that two weeks ago we were in Disneyland Paris. I  booked our trip rather spur of the moment last October and remember thinking that it was ages away. Well, now I wish I was back there because the time we had there has flown by! We stayed in the Disneyland Hotel which was absolutely amazing! I knew before booking our trip, that if we were going to go to Disneyland, then we had to do it properly and stay in the Disney Hotel! It was everything I thought it would be and more! More on the… [Read More]
