JD Williams is the UK’s leading direct home shopping company, operating over 20 successful catalogue brands. A quick online search tells you that they offer value plus size clothing in sizes 12-34 plus underwear and footwear.
I’m a size 12 and a healthy weight so I don’t class myself as plus size, but some companies do view size 12 as plus size.
Anyway, moving on…
I was sent three lovely items to review from JD Williams.
The first of which is this gorgeous Neppy Jersey Tunic. I chose in light olive, but it does also come in black and raspberry. It’s perfect for lazing around the house, hot sunny days in the garden and you can even jazz it up with some accessories for a day to night transition.
It’s lightweight fabric is supersoft and I love that it has short sleeve as some dresses can feel as though you have a bit too much on display, but this dress made me feel comfortable.
It has a gathered waist which helps to create a shape that will really flatter your figure.
You can wear it on its own or team it up with a pair of leggings or skinny jeans for a more casual look. I think it would look great with a waist belt too!
It’s also a bargain at just £8.50!
My second item was a trendy cross-body bag which is available for £25.
I chose this bag because I thought it went really well with the Tunic and I love the look of this bag!
It’s practical, stylish and is the perfect size for every day essentials such as your mobile phone, keys and purse.
It has a studded gold clasp to keep your items secure and the intricately plaited strap in co-ordinating brown can be worn either on the shoulder or across body.
Inside the bag is divided into two compartments with an additional zipped pocket in the middle.
I like that this bag looks leather, even though it’s not! It’s a great versatile bag that will go well with lots of different outfits.
My last and most favourite item are these gorgeous Cushion Walk High Leg Boots. They’re available in black and brown – I chose brown and they’re just £45.
They’re lightweight and look great teamed up with a pair with skinny jeans or with a dress.
They have three poppers on the outside of the boot which open fully to give your leg some more room and there’s also an inside zip making this boot easy to put on.
It has a warm pile trim around the edge and the contrast stitching adds to the look of these boots.
These boots are comfortable, they fit well and I think they great.
I teamed them up with the items above to create an everyday fashionable look.
