I love dressing our girls in pretty, girly clothes. One of my favourite outfits are their summer dresses. They look so summery and comfortable. Best of all they look adorable in them! Finding clothes for your child can be quite a challenge though. I mean I struggle to find clothes that suit me, so how can I find clothes that look good on a child? Well, I think I’ve actually done pretty good! When the girls were younger they lived in body suits and sleepsuits. I always remember thinking to myself, when should I start dressing them in ‘proper’ clothes!
If we were staying in I didn’t really see much point in dressing them up all pretty. I’d always put them in proper clothes if we were going out somewhere though. I soon came to realise that by leaving them in body suits or sleepsuits all day, is kind of like me staying in my pajamas all day! Obviously when your child is a baby, it doesn’t really make much sense to dress them in proper clothes, because the amount of times you would change them as a result of them being sick or having a nappy explosion would be quite an effort!
I can’t remember the exact age that the girls were when we started dressing them in proper clothes, but I do love buying them clothes now! In fact I can’t remember the last time I bought myself some new clothes and yet I’m always buying bits and bobs here and there for the girls! I love K&Co girls clothing ranges.
