Doodle, Stripes, Spots and Squiggles Book Review

March 24, 2015
As part of the Parragon Book Buddy scheme we were sent a book called ‘Doodle, Stripes, Spots and Squiggles’ to review.

It’s not like any of the previous books that we’ve been sent because this one isn’t a story book. Our twins are three years old so this book is perfect for them. They love drawing pictures and working through textbooks where they have to draw over dots to make a line or match an animal to its shadow.

Inside this book children can finish the patterns, squiggles and shapes to create amazingly imaginative doodles.

Some of the pages have a few patterns on with some blank for children to complete. Other pages have lines that can be traced over and faces that need to be finished.

Both R and M enjoy working through this book together. It’s really helped them both with their pencil control.

Overall, a great book.

For the purpose of this review we were sent one doodles, stripes, spots and squiggles book from Parragon Books. All views and opinions are 100% my own.
