This post is an entry into the Tots100/Plum Baby Mighty Moments Challenge.
Plum Baby have challenged bloggers to create a healthy superhero.
Plum Baby’s Mighyt4 range of food is based on four mighty food groups – fruit, vegetable, grains and yummy Greek-style yoghurt.
With this in mind we have created ‘The Mighty Broccoli Head Hero’
He has a healthy, luminous green head with strong white teeth and a wholegrain bread body!
His bright yellow arms are bananas and he has spoons for legs so he can eat his favourite Greek-style yoghurt on the go!
The Mighty Broccoli Head Hero has four very important super powers:
- His big, luminous green head acts as a bright light at night time. This means that when he’s on the hunt for fresh fruit and vegetables he isn’t restricted to daylight hours! He can search at night time too!
- His wholegrain body is absorbent and quite sticky which means it contains lots of tiny, little seeds. As The Mighty Broccoli Head Hero goes about his daily crime-fighting and cat saving duties he’s also sprinkling these seeds as he goes planting fresh new fruit and vegetables
- His bright yellow banana arms are strong and full of fibre so he can lift cars, move buildings and carry lots of things at once. Good for moving obstacles, but also good to help mum carry those heavy shopping bags full of healthy snacks!
- His mighty spoon legs are super shiny and slippery. As well as allowing The Mighty Broccoli Head Hero to eat his favourite yogurt on the go, this also means he can run very fast. Perfect for getting to a crisis on time and also good exercise!
R and M had great fun watching me draw our healthy superhero!
We have a draw full of plastic fruit and vegetables and they each took turns to take a toy out of the draw. The order that the toys came out was how we created our hero!
