Muscle Food Review: Do The Unthinkable Programme

As someone who likes to stay fit and healthy, it’s important to me that I’m eating good, healthy food. I’ve recently teamed up with MuscleFood to review their new Do The Unthinkable Programme, and I think you’re going to love it just as much as I do!

Now the Do The Unthinkable Programme is really easy to follow. Every meal that you need is delivered to your door. No preparation is required because MuscleFood do everything for you. Plus you can wave goodbye to food waste, with perfect portioned meals that are ready in under 10 minutes.

As mentioned above, MuscleFood have a scientifically proven training system. The Fitness and Diet planner that you can access in your online account has been designed by a Qualified Personal Trainer with 9 years experience helping people achieve amazing weight loss results across 4 continents. You can stream to your workouts on any device 24/7, or simply follow along on the DVD. There’ll be fitness tests as well to measure your progress.

I received:

Logging in your account to view your programme is easy. Everything you need to know can be found online.

There’s also a welcome video, workout tracker and progress tracker so that you can keep on top of your progress.

As mentioned above, you can also access your workouts online or via the DVD. Each workout is 30 minutes so it’s easy to find time to fit them in!

I was sent a five day programme and I have to say that I really enjoyed all of the good. The crisps are my favourite snack! They’re so full of flavour!

I think the pizzas are also absolutely delicious! The chicken tikka one is my favourite, closely followed by the goats cheese one, and the soup is the best soup I have ever tasted! So full of flavour and very filling!

The workouts are easy to follow, and very effective! They’re so much fun!

Overall, I think the Do The Unthinkable Programme is brilliant. It makes healthy eating and exercise easy. It takes the planning and prep out of it, so that you can just dive straight in and get on with it!
