Get the kids ready for school with Pisamonas!

Pisamonas is a brand that I’ve written about previously. They’re an online children’s shoe store, but they also sell a variety of women’s shoes as well. They specialise in high quality shoes at the best prices you can find!

I’ve also been lucky enough to have the pleasure of reviewing some of their shoes and I have to say that they’re a brand I trust and love!

The shoes are always well made, comfortable and fashionable. I know this because I own a fabulous pair of their sandals and so do my twins! Not only that, but the prices are always pretty impressive too!

If you’re a regular reader of my blog then you’ll know that our twins start nursery in September. I want them to be as prepared as possible as it will definitely come as a shock to them because they’ve been to nursery and have always been looked after in their own home.

As well talking to them about nursery and reading books to them about nursery to help prepare them, it’s also important to me that they’re comfortable when in nursery.

I’ve bought their school uniform already, but as of yet am I yet to buy them their school shoes. I want to buy them as close to the day that they start as possible. Knowing my luck if I bought them now they wouldn’t fit them on the day they start! Their feet grow so quickly!

That being said I have started to look online for some inspiration of the type of shoes that I want to get them and Pisamonas was first to mind.

They currently have a offer 3×2 promotion running until 12th August 2015 which means that when you buy two pairs of shoes, you get the third pair free! It’s like a mix and match so you don’t have to get three pairs of the same shoes, you can mix it up and maybe get some for a sunny day, rainy day or a cold day!

The promotion is also applicable for accessories. So you could buy two pairs of shoes and a pair of woollen tights or a pair of school shoes, trainers and a pair of socks, which is great because you can fully equip the kids for school! On the other hand the free product is always the lower-price one.

The three for two offer is perfect for mums and dads regardless of how many children you have. I was planning on buying our twins two pairs of shoes each which means that we’d get six for the price of four. As you can imagine that’s a huge saving!

When it comes to the style of shoes that I buy that’s where the mix and match aspect really benefits me!

R loves blue and anything that’s ‘not pretty!’

M, on the other hand loves pink pretty things so as you can see their tastes are very different!

I love these fab Thin Velcro Mary Janes with Ribbons. They would be great for both R and M. The style is a classic, yet elegant one and they’re available in pink and blue! White is also available too!

I also absolutely love these Riptape Patent Mary Janes. Available in burgundy or grey, they’d be perfect whatever the weather. With a velcro fastening it makes them easy for children to take off and put on again, plus the anti-slip rubber sole offers peace of mind to mums and dads alike whose children just love around the gym hall!

For the colder months these Suede and Leather Tassel Boots are stylish and perfect for the autumn-winter season.

As you can see Pisamonas offer a great range of shoes to suit all types of styles and also all types of weather! I think their shoes are great value for money and from personal experience I can also say that they last well. Something that’s vitally important when buying school shoes.
