With Christmas not long away, have you thought about what you’ll be buying your children this year?
Maybe you’ve already bought all of their Christmas gifts?
The one thing that you can always be sure our twins will love is a baby doll!
Big, small, boy, girl it doesn’t matter they’ll have endless hours of fun with them!
When I was asked to review two Emmi Sweet Kisses Baby Dolls I was more than happy to oblige!
Emmi Sweet Kisses Baby Doll is suitable for children aged 3-5 years. Emmi is cute to look at with her wide eyes that open and close, her long eyelashes and cute chubby hands.
Emmi makes 18 different sounds. When you kiss her face she makes a kissing sound and when you squeeze her hands she says mama, papa and a two other noises.
Her tummy plays music along with cute baby sounds and when you gently rock her she also makes different sounds.
R and M really enjoy playing with these dolls and ‘looking after’ them. When the dolls cry, they’ll give them a cuddle and stroke their heads.
They think it’s brilliant when they make a ‘weeing’ sound – their words, not mine! Plus, they even snore and breath heavily when they’re sleeping!
She laughs, cries and babbles, and when you lay her down she’ll close her eyes.
R and M aren’t quite three years old, they will be soon though. Although, they can press her tummy with ease to hear the different noises, the dolls hands and feet are quite hard for them to squeeze, so they tend to ask me to do it. I imagine the older they get the easier this will become though.
When they kiss the dolls face, she’ll make kissing sounds which both R and M think is great!
The doll comes with a removable pink hat that’s soft to the touch and her all-in-one bodysuit can also be removed. This doll has a hard plastic head, hands and feet, but her body is soft. The doll’s body suit is pink and purple with a pretty flower design on.
She also comes with a small bottle so that children can use their imaginations to ‘feed’ their doll.
This doll requires 2 x AA batteries which are included with the doll. She also has an off switch so if your child wants to bring the doll to bed, they can without having to worry about the doll making noises all night!
Overall, we’re very happy with this doll and I’d definitely recommend it!
For the purpose of this review we were sent two Emmi Dolls. All opinions are 100% my own.
