The Greatest Showman has a lot to answer to! Ever since our six year old twin girls, my husband and I watched this movie for the first time, we’ve all become a bit obsessed with the circus!
We’ve watched The Greatest Showman numerous times. So much so that our girls know most of the words to all of the songs! They’re also on my running playlist! It’s a great soundtrack to run to!
Anyway, a few weeks ago I went into my local pharmacy where they had flyers for Circus Vegas offering half price tickets.
The same day that I picked up a flyer, I booked for the whole family to go!
I booked the 2pm showing on a Saturday, and we arrived around an hour early as recommended to ensure we got good seats!
We were second row back in the grandstand which gave us a great view!
The show is two hours long in total with a 20 twenty minute intermission, which was much needed as the circus tent was so hot!
Aside from the heat inside the tent, the show was amazing!
There were dancing girls, a very brief appearance from Elvis, a very talented hula hoop artist, a strong man, and then the more daring, heart stopping acts such as the trapeze artist, motorbike men riding around a the death globe, and at one point the ring master even got in and they rode their motorbikes around him!
There was a quick change artist, and the Danguir Troop who flew in all the way from Africa to perform a daring high wire act.
Eddy the clown was brilliant in between acts, and in my opinion was the star of the show! He was so funny, and one point he even got my husband involved by trying to throw popcorn in his mouth!
Overall, we had such a great time, and would definitely recommend Circus Vegas! 10/10!
