All About Me

This meme was created by Gina at Cold Tea and Smelly Nappies. Gina created this meme after her daughter arrived home from school with an ‘All about me’ booklet. I’ve never heard of these before as they didn’t have them in school when I was younger, but apparantly they ask lots of questions in which you and your child have to answer and then you take it back to school where it goes into their file.

Anyway, Gina decided to create this meme for parents to find out a little more about us.

I’m Emily, I’m 26 years old and in addition to blogging which takes up most of my spare time, that’s when I’m not being mummy which isn’t very often, I work part time for an online website.

2. I live at home with…

This crazy dude…..

Better known as Twin Daddy! We met, well, a long time ago and have been together ever since! We’ve been married for almost two years and have been together for well over eight years.

These are our beautiful twins who are almost 2 years old! Wow, where did the time go?!

3. My favourite thing to do is…

Spend time together as a family with my husband and twin daughters. I love days where we can just be together and stay at home playing together, reading books together or playing chase around the house!

4. My favourite thing to eat is…

Well, Twin Daddy will back me up on this one…I love my food! My favourite thing to eat has to be a chinese takeaway! Sweet and sour chicken with house fried rice and chips! Mmm, my stomach is rumbling at the thought!

5. When I get cross I…

Shout then usually end up crying!

6. Sometimes I worry because…

I worry about all sorts of things, but mainly when I take our twins to the park on my own. I worry when one is running up the slide and the other is climbing up something they shouldn’t be! How do I choose which one to rescue first?!

I’ll have to velcro them together!

7. My favourite book is…

Oh this is such a hard one for me because I love reading!

The very first book I remember reading as a little girl was Enid Blyton’s ‘The Naughtiest Girl in the School’ and I must have read it hundreds of times as a child!

My favourite book as an adult is the first book I read by James Patterson called ‘Along Came A Spider’.

8. My favourite toy is…

My iPhone. I can blog from it, tweet from it, take photos on it, play games on it…what more is there to say!

9. I dislike…

People who are rude, argumentative and insensitive

10. When I grow up I want to be…
