The Nations Favourite EastEnders Storyline
From board games and movies to books and soaps, everyone loves a whodunnit! Viewers are drawn in and almost become a part of the storyline themselves as they go through a process of elimination to narrow down the suspects!
A good, very recent example of this is of course EastEnders. The live episodes dictating the story of Lucy Beale and how she met her demise ended with 10 million viewers. The nation was gripped, including myself!
To be honest I thought Max was guilty to begin with, but as the story progressed I must have changed my mind at least five times! Flitting back and fourth between Max, Abbie, Ian, Peter and Ben!
Bobby never even came into my mind as a potential suspect!
Yes indeed, it seems that we really do love a good mystery!

I remember watching this episode and I have to agree with the nation! It is my favourite EastEnders Storyline!
For me personally my second favourite is Owen Turner’s death purely because I remember Owen’s son hiding in a van whilst he met his end and I really felt for his son! I know it’s not real, but TV soaps do have a way of drawing in and making an emotional connection with the characters!
