I hoped that I would be starting this post in a better frame of my mind. I’ve only got myself to blame and I should have seen it coming really. I haven’t exercised again this week. Yes, I still have a cough, but my cold has gone now. The first week of my cold I genuinely couldn’t have exercised because my chest was so tight. As one of Sainsbury’s Family Bloggers we have been challenged to design a Red Nose Day cookie to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Red Nose Day. Using Betty Crockers Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix Pouch I was able to create my cookies easily in an hour. Sainsbury’s will choose 5 favourite designs and put them up for vote by the 610,000 fans on their Facebook page. The winning cookie design will then be published on Sainsbury’s Facebook page, as well as their Live Well for Less Comic Relief baking section. Wish me luck! What do you think of my cookie design?
