Another New Chapter #AD

In August 2017 I accepted redundancy from a job that I’d been in for 13 years. It was a tough decision to make, but ultimately I do truly believe it was the right decision. I decided that I’d look for a new part time job, and although I did quickly get another job, it wasn’t all that it was made out to be. In October 2017 after spending weeks spent looking for other jobs online, I decided to start my own business. New Job

Last week I wrote a post called, ‘A New Exciting Chapter‘. It’s about how I made the decision to take redundancy from my job and how I felt about it. The return to work

I returned to work last week, only 2 days a week but I must admit I have enjoyed going back. I guess it helps that I enjoy my job but honestly if you’d have asked me when I was pregnant if I would look forward to returning to work, my answer would have been something like this: “No! I don’t want to go back! I want to be a stay at home mum!” I enjoy work because it is a nice break, for some adult time. Obviously, I miss our girls like crazy when I’m not with them, but it’s… [Read More]
