Old El Paso Review
I love meals that are easy to make. That’s why Fajitas are the perfect family meal.
They can be made in around 20 minutes and are super easy and fun to do.
We were recently sent some fabulous Old El Paso products to cook up a tasty family meal. We received:
BBQ chicken fajita seasoning mix
Crispy chicken fajita seasoning mix
Toast tomato spice mix
Squeezy sour cream
Squeezy sweet corn relish
Flour tortilla
For our first meal I decided to use the crispy chicken fajita seasoning mix. I bought some lettuce and cherry tomatoes to put in the tortillas.
The first thing I did was cut the chicken up into thin strips and then put them a bowl. I poured the crispy chicken seasoning over them and mixed the chicken in until they were all evenly covered.
Then I laid the chicken out on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
Whilst the chicken was cooking I cut up the lettuce and tomato.
When the chicken was cooked I warmed the tortillas by piercing a hole in the bag and putting them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Next all we needed to do was make our fajitas and enjoy!
