We were recently sent their new travel box to review.
The travel box is designed to keep children entertained on journeys or throughout summer.
Inside are lots of things to keep kids busy. From colouring in sheets to puzzles such as word searches, to luggage tags and cards for children to decorate, as well as stickers, a glitter pencil, a fun aeroplane shaped eraser and some felt pens too! There’s also a pencil sharpener in the shape of a boat, a postcard and a puzzle that children need to design themselves!
The first thing both girls wanted to do was make postcards for their friends. I think they’ve been missing them over the school break!
They used the felt pens to write their messages and then stuck some of the travel themed stickers on as well.
Next up, colouring! The felt tip pens are bright and colourful which made colouring the travel themed pictures in lots of fun for the girls.
The girls then asked me to draw a picture onto the puzzle for them to colour in. They loved the idea of making their own puzzle and had lots of fun colouring it in and then separating the pieces so they could put the puzzle together again!
The girls enjoyed using all of the things inside the travel box. They spent well over an hour drawing, colouring in and sticking stickers, plus we still have lots left for another day.
I think the travel box is a really good idea. It’s perfect to take away with you on holiday to keep children entertained on the plane or in your hotel.
The contents can be stored in the box that it’s delivered in which is great because it’s small and easy to carry. It also means it’ll fit through your letter box so you don’t need to worry about missing a delivery.
Overall, we love the travel box from Mila & Pheebs. It’s fun, lets children get creative and good value for money.
