ASPACE is a company that is fairly new to me. I first came across their website a few weeks ago and have since discovered that they’re not just online. They also have seven stores in the UK too.
ASPACE aims to help people create a special space that children can call their own. It may be a beautifully co-ordinated bedroom, a flexible, space saving storage and study area or a play room.
Their range of accessories and other nifty stuff will look good wherever you place them and they’ll last for years to come too.
I particularly love their range of cabin beds and bunk beds. When the girls are old enough I’d like to get them their own bunk beds. Not just because bunk beds are pretty cool, but they’re also a great space saver, especially if your children’s bedroom isn’t very big.
ASPACE have their own factory in Wiltshire and all of their furniture is exclusive. They’re an ethical company and they work very hard to try and ensure that factories use timber from responsibly managed and renewable sources.
Our twin girls are three, soon to be four years old. They have lots of clothes, but sadly their clothes were squished into a little wardrobe with most of them folded up on a shelf. They tended to wear the same clothes on a recurring basis each week and I’ve often thought this is because they’re not able to see all of the clothes they have.
When ASPACE offered a wardrobe to us to review I was pretty keen to see what they had on offer. I came across the Fairford wardrobe and knew that it would be perfect for our girls.
The antique white colour, the chunky wood and knobs, plus the extra detail of the curved plinth gives this wardrobe a real fairytale charm.
The chunky knobs mean that it’s easy for little hands to open and close, plus inside there is plenty of room for all the clothes that a girl could need!
Inside there’s two full width hanging rails and a full-width adjustable shelf, so you can create extra hanging room as your child’s clothes grow.
I like that there’s also a shelf as it means you can store things on the shelf, as well as under it. The space underneath is perfect for keeping the girls pyjamas in.
There are magnets inside the wardrobe which help to keep the doors shut, plus it comes with a strap so that the wardrobe can be fixed to the wall for added safety.
I think it’s fair to say that the girls are very happy with their new wardrobe!
This wardrobe costs £395 which I think represents excellent value for money. It’s a really sturdy, well made wardrobe. The wood is strong, durable and I think it really will last for many years.
One of the things that I love about ASPACE is that they also offer an assembly service (for an extra charge). This means that the delivery drivers will assemble your furniture for you in a room of your choice and then dispose of all packaging. Excellent news considering there was a lot of packaging!
The delivery drivers were friendly and put the wardrobe together in under half an hour.
The whole service I received from ASPACE was fantastic. I received a phone call after my order was placed which meant I could chose what day I wanted the wardrobe delivered. On the day of delivery I received a phone call from the driver to let me know what time to expect him.
Overall I’m very happy with the wardrobe and service received from ASPACE. The wardrobe is strong, sturdy, spacious and I just love it!
Moving on and I was also sent a Tool Kit Toy to review.
