These housing developments are in progress across the county so now could be a good time to buy. Figures show that house prices across Cheshire are rising, meaning this part of the UK offers a good investment opportunity.
Broken down by types of home, Cheshire property prices were recorded as follows:
- Detached – £398,395 (annual rise of 2.93%)
- Semi-detached – £206,951 (annual rise of 1.92%)
- Terraced – £156,552 (annual rise of 1.21%)
- Flats – £166,890 (annual rise of 4.37%)
It’s also interesting to know that Mottram St.Andrew is the most expensive area in Cheshire, RightMoves figures show. At the other end of the scale, properties in Golborne are worth an average of £120,459.
