Eat Sleep Doodle Tablecloth Review
Our twins love the table cloth. It probably helps that they both absolutely love drawing, but I think because they were drawing on a table cloth on the table, this added some extra novelty value to it!
The girls found it really easy to use the pens on the cloth. The ink transfers well onto the cotton cloth and they really like that the pens were double ended. One end was a fine tip pen and the other end was a chunkier pen.
I did check under the cloth to make sure that the pen didn’t seep through onto the table, but it didn’t which was a relief! The great thing about these pens is that if you get it on your skin it washes off easily!
Here are some pictures of us all drawing on the table cloth.
I decided to use some dark colours in blocks to really put the table cloth to the test. R was super impressed with this Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle I drew, but would it wash out?
This table cloth is great for kids to draw on. It’s a good way to keep children entertained whilst waiting for their food and I imagine it would go down well at birthday parties, play groups and as a general day to day activity.
I also think it’s a great idea for those who, like me, spend a lot of time working from home. You can use it to write your to-do list on or to perhaps brain storm some ideas on! There are so many ways that you can use the table cloth!
As you can see our girls really do love drawing on the table cloth! They happily sat here for a good hour and then returned to it again later in the day at various intervals to add more drawings!
Not only can it be used as a table cloth, but it can also double up as a picnic blanket. Imagine taking this to the local park, beach or just in the garden!
Of course it also a table cloth so our girls enjoyed eating their lunch on it too!
Now it was time to put it to the test. Would all those dark colours wash out?
Yes! The answer is yes! I was pretty amazed to be honest! I did doubt whether the block of black and green ink would wash out. I thought perhaps there might have been some faint hint of the drawings that we’d done, but there wasn’t any!
I followed the recommended wash settings which is a warm 40 degree wash. As you can see it’s like new! There’s no residue left over from the ink and we were left with a completely clean canvas to start all over again!
The following day we decided to make use of the grids on the table cloth by playing some games such as noughts and crosses, and I even drew a maze for the girls to figure out!
We even enjoyed our Sunday dinner on it!
Overall, I have to say that I absolutely love this tablecloth and would highly recommend it! It’s so much fun for all the family and you can use it in so many ways!
I certainly know what table cloth I’ll be using on Christmas day!

This looks fantastic! Alfie loves drawing but he also gets bored waiting for his dinner to cool down so this would be perfect! I like that you and your husband were drawing on it too, I’d definitely be doing that x
