Dobble Kids is a fast paced, fun-packed game that sees players find the one matching symbol between one card and another before their opponents. It’s kind of like snap, but it requires a bit more concentration and a quick eye!
Dobble Kids is aimed at children aged four and over. Our twins are four in February and have mastered this game with ease so I’d probably say children aged three and a half years old onwards should be able to understand how to play.
I like that the cards are round as oppose to your usual rectangular cards, plus the tin to store the cards in is super handy to make sure you don’t lose any of them!
There are a few different mini-games that you can play with Dobble so it’s more than just one game. Each card has a six animals on them, in all different sizes, but only one animal will match with any other card. There are 30 different animals on 30 different cards.
To play, you simply draw two cards and place them face up on the table. Look for the same animal on both cards. The first player to find it calls it out and draws the next two cards to play again. You can play again and again, there’ll always be only one identical animal between any two cards.
We had so much fun playing this game. I put together a short video of our girls playing Dobble so you can see how easy and fun it is!
Dobble is available to buy for £12.99 from Tesco and Debenhams.

Over time Twin Mummy and Daddy has gone from strength to strength. I write about our family life, my love for running and our passion for adventure and travel.
We’ve also started living a more eco-friendly life. As such I also write about our zero waste journey in a bid to encourage others to think about the impact they have on the environment.
I’m a keen runner and in April 2019 I ran the London Marathon for an amazing charity called WellChild. It’s one of my biggest achievements to date. I raised over £2,000 for the charity and learnt so much along the way.
This year we’re passionate about spending time outdoors. We’ll be sharing our travel, days out and camping adventures right here on Twin Mummy and Daddy.
