Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register Review and Video
We’re big fans of all things Disney in our home. Our twin girls, who are almost four years old, love the magic that only Disney films can offer, so can you imagine the delight on their faces when we received the Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register to review!
With an RRP of £24.99, I think that the Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register is excellent value for money. To turn the till on, you just press the on/off button.
What I love about this toy is that it’s also a calculator, so it’s almost like two toys in one!
The Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register looks exactly like a cash register that any wanna be princess would love! It’s pink and gold colour with pictures of princesses such as Belle, Aurora, Snow White and Ariel, which are sure to appeal to any child!
Inside the box you’ll find:
- A scanner
- A register
- A key (with extra key underneath)
- A credit card
- Four paper bills
- 12 plastic coins
- Set price sticker sheet
The credit card can be swiped to the right hand side of the till and when swiped a beeping noise can be heard to register that the card has been swiped correctly.
It has a real working scanner that beeps when you scan your items. The scanner is really easy to use, it’s a great size for children to hold, plus it’s easy for children to remove from the holder. All children need to do is press the button on the under side of the scanner and the beep can be heard.
As mentioned above there are two keys included with the Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register. The second can be found underneath the cash register.
The key is easy to put into the till so I imagine young children could do it with ease. All of the accessories such as the key, coins etc are really well made.
Once opened the till drawer can fit all of the paper bills, coins and credit card inside.
Alongside the on/off button there is a button with a picture of a microphone on. When pressed a number of different phrases can be heard such as, ‘Next princess in line please!’, ‘Here’s your grand total princess!’, ‘Glitter spill on aisle eight!’ and more!
I’ve put together a short video so that you can see this toy in action!
Overall, I think this is a lovely toy that is really well made and durable. The Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register is available from Smyths.
For the purpose of this review we were sent one Disney Princess Royal Boutique Cash Register. All views and opinions are 100% my own.

My daughter's a bit under the recommended age for this – I'd be worried she'd try to eat the coins – but I still think it looks great. Something to consider for the future! #triedtested
