Disney Art Therapy Colouring Book Review
The Disney Princess Art Therapy colouring book has lots of amazingly interesting designs. The one below appears to be sleeping beauty.
Unlike most other colouring books I’ve seen, the Disney Art Therapy colouring books have a mixture of white pages, but also pages where the majority of the page is black. I like this as I think it makes the colouring in experience a little different. I adore this Little Mermaid inspired page.
This Cinderella page is also another favourite of mine!
The Disney Frozen Art Therapy colouring book is much like the Disney Princess one in that it has a good mixture of white and black pages, along with the Disney inspired pages.
This Elsa mirror image double colouring page is pretty eye catching, as is the one pictured below it too!
These books are excellent quality and I know that I’m going to really enjoy colouring them in! Colouring is a great way to relax, but also to inspire mindfulness and creativity. It also helps to improve co-ordination and hone artistic skills.
Craft Activity
In addition to the books above, I was also sent an Easter themed craft activity which was to make a card bunny buddy. I was sent everything I needed to make this and my four year old twins enjoyed helping out.
The first thing we needed to do was to trace the templates onto the patterned paper, glue them onto some cardboard and cut them out.
Once cut out, we followed the instructions to make our bunny buddy.
For the purpose of this review were sent the above books and craft activity free of charge. All views and opinions are 100% my own.
