Ty Hafan’s Precious Moments Campaign

My husband and I are delighted to share with you the news that we’ve been asked by Ty Hafan to become blogger ambassadors for them.

Ty Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales.

The work that they do is vitally important to both the children they look after, but also to their parents and family members.

Ty Hafan offer comfort, care and support to life-limited children, young people and their families in the hospice, in the community and in their home so they can make the most of the time they have left together.

The Precious Moments Campaign was launched earlier this month and the idea is to create, share and celebrate as many precious moments as possible this festive season. Throughout November and December Ty Hafan would like people to share their own precious moments. You can do this by sharing a picture or by telling us the story of your precious moments. The idea is to spread the word across social media.

Each Monday, Ty Hafan will be launching a new word that links to the word ‘Precious’ so my husband and I will be sharing what that word means to us.

This week’s word is exciting! I’m excited for two reasons this week. The first is because our twin girls both wrote their names for the first time this week!

The second reason is because Ty Hafan have asked my husband and I to join them on November 27th in their hospice so that we can get a first hand look around to see all of the hard work that they do.
