How smart are your clothes?

Fashion for men isn’t a topic that I cover very often on my blog. I usually talk about it in the run up to a special occasion such as Fathers Day or perhaps my husbands birthday. Having said that, fashion is something I take a keen interest in. I love the way my husband dresses. It’s casual, like my own personal style, yet comfortable and on trend. On the odd occasion though we are required to ‘dress up’ and opt for something a bit smarter. The thing is my wardrobe isn’t very ‘smart’. It consists of three pairs of blue… [Read More]

Haliborange Review

When my twins were around two and a half years old I started to think about giving vitamins. I take a daily vitamin supplement so I wondered whether my twins should too. I did some research and found that from the age of three there are some things that they can take. The lovely people over at Halibrorange kindly sent me a bottle of their Mr Men Little Miss Omega-3 & Multivitamins and a bottle of their Baby & Toddler Multivitamin Liquid.   The Mr Men Little Miss Omega-3 & Multivitamins are like sweets. They’re orange softies which have a balanced multivitamin with… [Read More]

Buying the best watch for your husband whatever the occasion

Men are infatuated with watches and may have a few already because he’s a stylish chap. Can you say that they are the right ones though? We approach the next category which is sheer timeless and distinguished… [Read More]

Andrex Washlet Challenge

Last weekend, Twin Daddy and I took part in the Tots100 Andrex Washlet Challenge. We were both given a list of words each and we would take it in turns to describe the words to each other without using certain words. The aim of the challenge was to guess as many words correctly in 60 seconds. So for example, if you had to describe the word mobile phone, without using the words smart, telephone, call or text etc. then you could say something like a device used to contact each other. Andrex Washlets surveyed 2,000 British adults to analyse their… [Read More]

Knitting Kit Review: Unboxing

I was recently given the opportunity to choose something to review from Presents for Men.  I have never knitted in my life, but I have always wanted to learn how to knit. For this reason I chose to review a Knitting Kit.  Not only does it come in a pretty, spotty case to keep everything, it also has everything a beginner needs to learn how to knit.  I love the case because it’s hard wearing and will keep all the separate bits and pieces safe, plus it can fit 6 small balls of wool in.  It also has a carry… [Read More]
