Optibac: One week flat review

May 28, 2014

Optibac Probiotics are one of my Britmums Live sponsors this year.

They recently sent me a pack of their One week flat (previously called for a flat stomach) supplement to try.

I quite often suffer from bloating and on occasion it can get me feeling a little down. Especially if it’s summer and I’m on a beach with my belly on show!

Certain trigger foods such as bread, sugar and chocolate make me more bloated than other foods.

I was a little sceptical beforehand about whether or not this product would make any difference, but I am really pleased with the results!

Before I share with you how I found the product here’s some more information:

‘One week flat’ is a natural supplement containing natural bacteria (live cultures), in powdered sachets to be taken daily as a one-week course.

This can be taken once a month, or as frequently as desired.

Abdominal or stomach bloating may be associated with food intolerances, constipation, over-eating, PMS or intestinal gas; leaving the abdomen feeling uncomfortable, full and tight.

If you have poor digestion, waste materials and the gases they produce can remain in the gut for long periods of time, often at high temperatures and pressures. This causes bloating and stretching of the gut walls beyond their comfortable limits.

An imbalance of bacteria in the gut may result in poor digestive health, bloating, production of smelly and uncomfortable gases, and sluggish bowels. This imbalance is known as dysbiosis.

I was told before I tried these that they make me more bloated at first, but I found the results to be quite the opposite.

In each box you’ll find seven sachets.

You should take one sachet daily with breakfast for a seven day course, or as professionally directed.

Optibac recommend that you take For a flat stomach for seven consecutive days.

It’s really to use.

Simply pour an inch of water into a tall glass, leaving plenty of room for swirling.

Shake the sachet well before gently sprinkling in the powder.

Leave powder to dissolve naturally and then vigorously swirl the water around in the glass.

My stomach looked less bloated than normal from the first day of use and even better I felt less bloated.

I even found that at the time of my period I was less bloated.

It made me feel more confident and I found that my clothes fitted me better.

I’m going on holiday in June and I will definitely be buying some of these to take with me!

For the purpose of this review I was sent one pack of One week flat.
