Our plans for Christmas day are pretty simple. We tend to just go with the flow! We’ll be staying at home as I think it’s nice for our girls to be able to play with their new presents etc.
I’m planning on leaving the girls Christmas stockings either at the end of their beds or just outside of their bedroom door. They tend to wake up in the night and wander so I wouldn’t want them to trip over it.
After stockings have been opened upstairs, we’ll head downstairs to see what Santa has left! Finally when all the presents have been unwrapped, we’ll have some breakfast, get showered and make a start on food!
My mother-in-law will come over and I’m sure we’ll have visits from other family members too.
We’ll spend the day eating good food, whilst watching our girls play their new toys.
No doubt my husband and his mum will watch the Queens speech and then debate various things about the royal family, politics and other such things!
I can’t wait! Happy Christmas everyone! Hope you have a good one!
