Hidden by History!

With toys mounting up in the corner of the living room that I swore would be a toy free zone I’m starting to wonder how and more importantly where I can find some extra space to store of the larger toys that are well loved, but not played with as much anymore.

I don’t want to throw them away or sell them on as I’d love to keep them for any possible grandchildren I may have one day!

We have a play room which is full of toys, so you’d think that we’d be able to store all the toys in there, but we seem to have had a toy explosion and the amount of toys our twins have seems to rise quickly!

Anyway looking back to the past, I wonder how our ancestors dealt with their storage needs. Below are some of the most bizarre and creative ways they dealt with the problem of hiding their belongings!
