Father’s Day Gift Ideas

June 2, 2017

Father’s Day is almost here so it’s time to start looking at what gifts we can give to all the dad’s in our lives.

Personally I really like to give personalised gifts and quite often the most simple gestures can make the best gifts. I know my husband doesn’t expect much, if anything, from our twin girls for Father’s Day, but we like to make the effort and it’s most definitely appreciated. After all, my husband does so much for our girls and I so I think he really deserves to be spoilt.

Now, Nigel, that’s my husband by the way, loves music! He’s always got the radio on whilst he’s in the kitchen washing the dishes so I thought this Panasonic Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker would make the perfect present for him.

I love that it’s waterproof too. I mean a speaker that’s going to be used in the kitchen has to be waterproof right?! The last thing we’d want to happen is to get some bubbles on it for it to stop working!

I’d probably also opt for an iTunes voucher so that my husband can buy some of his favourite songs to listen to on his new speaker.

Going back to the simpler ideas, I like to ask our twin girls to make their daddy a Father’s Day card. This is something that they both really enjoy as it means we can get the paint, glitter, glue and felt pens out! Anything messy is always a hit for our girls!

Something that I like to do for my husband on Father’s Day is to cook him a nice meal. One of his favourite foods is steak so this Steak and Chips recipe would certainly go down a treat!

These are just a few simple ideas. What do you plan on gifting this Father’s Day?
