Disney Book Week Book Review with Parragon Books
As many people who read our blog know, I’m a big Disney fan. We’re actually going to go to Disneyland Paris soon and I’m so excited I could burst! I think my husband is getting pretty fed up of me talking about Disney, but it’s just the start! Wait until we get to Disney!
Anyway to celebrate #DisneyBookWeek Parragon Books kindly sent me two Disney movie books. The Lion King and Frozen: The Magic of the Northern Lights. We also received a cute Dory Soft toy, two book marks and a Beauty and the Beast sticker.
Although it’s called Disney Book Week, it actually runs from May 15th to June 11th so we can celebrate a little bit longer!
We already own a few of the Disney Movie Collection Books so we knew what to expect, but it always amazes me just how beautiful the books are.
The hard cover, a4 size books are colourful, the pictures are magnificent with great attention to detail and the story is true to the movie.
The books are beautifully illustrated and there are over 20 books in the collection.
They are the perfect addition to any Disney lover’s collection. They’re available at Amazon, Smyths Toys and Asda.
The Frozen: Magic of the Northern Lights book is lovely. In fact both of these books, along with the other 20 in the collection would make a wonderful gift for any child.
My girls are five years old and reading is so important to them and to us. Reading not only helps to improve your vocabulary, it also encourages creativity and imagination.
Parragon Books will be hosting a social media competition to win a set of the Disney Movie Collection titles with the corresponding DVDs of the eight titles selected for this year’s Disney Book Week. There are five sets up for grabs so head on over to Parragon Books social media channels to find out more.
For the purpose of this review we were sent the items above. All views and opinions are 100% my own.
