A month of strength training

Yesterday I wrote a post about how my step-daughter and I completed the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 7th of this month. You can read that post by clicking here. London Marathon Training Update

It dawned on me a few weeks ago that I’ve been so focused on fundraising for the London Marathon 2019 for my charity, WellChild, that I haven’t actually written an update on how my training is going.
