Is there anything better than the smell of coconut in the summer? Fresh cut grass perhaps, but for more that coconut smell is a reminder that summer has arrived. There’s just something very summery and beach vibe about the scent of coconut.
Palmolive recently asked me to review their Palmolive Naturals Coconut Shower Gel which is available from ASDA in-store and online.
When it comes to bath and shower products, I try to opt for plastic free products such as soap bars. Even though this shower gel does come in a plastic bottle, I was pleased to see that it can be recycled.
This gentle body wash not only smells amazing, it’s also formulated with moisturising milk and coconut extract which respects the natural balance of your skin. It also helps skin to keep its natural moisture. Did you know that the coconut tree is one of the ten most useful trees in the world, providing food for millions of people, especially in the tropics.
This shower gel is super easy to use and creates a nice, rich creamy lather on my skin which left it feeling soft and silky.

This is even more true at the present time considering everything that’s going on in the world. It’s a great time to just take a little time out and enjoy the simple things in life. Unlike other shower gels that can leave skin feeling dry, Palmolive Naturals Coconut Shower Gel left my skin feeling moisturised and nourished. There was no residue, just clean, natural healthy looking skin. My bathroom also smelt amazing after using it!
It’s perfect for the whole family to use. I may have to hide it from my children as they keep wanting to use it too!
