Review: Hiding Space Westgate Apartments, Bath

My friends and I recently spent a weekend in Bath to visit the Bath Christmas Market. We had an absolutely amazing time. I really enjoyed exploring all of the different chalets and seeing what was for sale. It was also incredible listening to the street music and just taking the atmosphere in. The smell of mulled wine and chestnuts roasting just added to the atmosphere! I would definitely recommend a visit!

Anyway, this post isn’t about the Christmas market! You can read all about that in my post here

Whilst in Bath we stayed in the Hiding Space Westgate Apartments. My friend booked via Booking.com in February and we got a pretty good price.

Located smack bang in the middle of Bath, these apartments are the perfect base to explore the city. Within 350 yards of the apartments you’ll find The Roman Baths and The Circus. It’s also less than a five minute walk to the Christmas market.

Check in was at 3pm. Be warned there are no lifts! Our apartment was on the third floor, but the lady who welcomed us upon arrival did kindly offer to help us carry our cases.

The apartment we stayed in was open plan with two single beds and a sofa bed.

There was a fully-equipped kitchenette with an oven, coffee machine, and a microwave. In addition there was also a toaster, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, and complimentary Cowshed toiletries which smell amazing, and are available to purchase should you wish too!

The apartment also offers free wifi.

Separating the bedroom from the kitchenette is a unit with TV in that can be spun around to either face into the bedroom or the kitchenette.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well laid out. There was also a hair dryer which is always an added bonus, as well as an iron!

The Hiding Space Westgate Apartments really are in a great location. As  you exit the building there’s a Tesco, perfect for picking up any last minute bits you may have forgotten.

In the surrounding area you’ll also find Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and Royal Crescent.

I would definitely recommend Hiding Space Westgate Apartments. So much so, that I’m planning to go back again next year!
