The Magic Door Store Fairy Door Review

October 13, 2015

Today’s review follows on rather nicely from yesterdays fairy garden post.

As our fairies had already moved in, it was time to add some real magical memories for our girls. The Magic Door Store sent us a fairy door to review recently and I knew exactly where I wanted it to go!

Whilst the girls were busy playing downstairs I sneaked upstairs, into their bedroom and stuck the fairy door onto the wall in their bedroom!

The fairy door comes with self adhesive wall putty that hold it in place securely on the wall. You’ll just need to make sure you give it a good push so it sticks firmly on.

As you can see we were sent a yellow fairy door, but The Magic Door Store also sell elf doors too. All doors cost £20.00 and come with a small bottle of magic dust and a welcome note for the fairies.

I love the little door knocker on the front as it can be gently lifted up to knock the door!

Each door is individually handcrafted which makes them even more unique.

Once I’d stuck the fairy door onto the wall, I popped two little fairy figures that we had already on top of it.

Then all that was left to do was wait for our girls to discover it!

Our girls loved finding the fairy door and trying to prise it open too! Luckily the wall putty held it’s own and the door remained on the wall despite the best efforts of our girls to open it!

The fairy door is really well made, beautifully painted and 100% magical! We love it, thank you!

For the purpose of this review we were sent one fairy door from The Magic Door Store. All views and opinions are 100% my own.

We have one of these from My Own Fairy Door. The only trouble is the blasted glitter! #MyFavouritePost

It's good to know that it stayed securely fastened to the wall!
