If you’ve enjoyed reading my Disney Trip Report, you can read them all here, along with lots more Disney posts! So day 4 is our last day in Disney. Sad times! We knew we had to make the most of our last day, so we crammed in as much as we could and that also meant watching the castle illuminations show one last time. On the morning of our last day, we had breakfast in inventions in our hotel (the Disney Hotel) and then we headed straight over to Frontierland as R was desperate to meet Peter Pan. When we… [Read More]

This morning we had breakfast with the characters booked at Plaza Gardens which is a short walk from the Disney Hotel where we were staying. There was a bit of a queue to go in when we arrived, but it moved fairly quickly. We were shown to our seats and then just as we were going to go up and get breakfast the first… [Read More]
Following on from my last Disneyland Paris trip report here is a report of day number 2! Today, (Tuesday), was forecast rain so we decided to head over to the Disney Studios to meet some characters. Officially the Studios don’t open until 10am, but I had read online that the gates actually open at 9.30am. After having breakfast in our hotel (the Disneyland Hotel) restaurant, Inventions, we headed straight to the Studios. We arrived around 9am and found a small crowd of people waiting. We joined one of the lines so pretty close to the front of the queue. When the… [Read More]

More on the… [Read More]

I wrote a post back in October called ‘Tips for booking your holiday to Disneyland Paris’. It’s quite a lengthy post so I thought I’d put together a ‘quick read’ post of tips and tricks for those that haven’t got the time to read my longer post! So without further ado, here goes: 1. Join the Facebook group, ‘Disneyland for Brits’ 2. Decide your budget and whether you’ll fly, go via ferry, euro tunnel etc – it might be cheaper to book travel and accommodation separately. Sky Scanner is a good website to check for flight prices 3. Research how… [Read More]
Disclosure: I’m not an expert, just one parent trying to pass on the information I’ve learnt in the hopes that it’ll help you! Warning: This is a long post! Disneyland Paris is such a magical place. I went when I was a kid and I remember various things about it. My parents took my sister and I, and ever since my own children were born, I’ve been desperate to take them. I wanted to take them at an age which would mean they’d remember their visit. We’ve recently booked our holiday to Disneyland Paris, and at the time of flying out, our… [Read More]
