Finding Colour in Darkness: Lost in Nature

It’s amazing how an unplanned photograph can turn into something pretty spectacular. Yesterday morning I decided to go for a run. Nothing unusual for me, but I’d decided to try out a new route. A route I wasn’t very familiar with, but I just kind of told myself I’d wing it and go with the flow. As I turned down a lane into the forest, I had no clue where I was, what direction I was heading in or where I would emerge from, but what I did know, was that the path ahead of me would be a new… [Read More]

A morning walk at Cefn Onn Park

Cefn Onn

Cefn Onn country park is situated in North Cardiff, approximately a five minute drive away from our home. A back to nature craft activity

A little while ago my husband and I took our twins to the park. Nothing unusual there really, but whilst M was playing I noticed some acorns on the ground and it wasn’t long before they caught M’s eye too. M knew what they were because we have a squirrel who frequents our back garden pretty much on a daily basis. We watch him run jump out of a tree, run along our fence and into our garden where we watch him burry the acorns in the ground or on occasion in one of our plant pots! M started collecting… [Read More]

In Nature Tea Gift Set Review

Us Brits are known for our love of a good cup of tea and I happen to be one of those people! Up until recently you’d only find me drinking a traditional English tea, but I have been discovering a whole range of flavoured teas lately and I have to say that I much prefer them! They provide flavour without having to add sugar and milk which is great as it means I can cut back on my sugar intake. I usually have two sugars with each cup of English tea. I’ve recently discovered In Nature Tea who sell delicious… [Read More]
