Back in March of this year, my girls and I reviewed an awesome box of craft and stationary goodness from Mila & Pheebs. We’ve been very fortunate again because they’ve kindly sent us their June box to review which has a safari theme to it.
Just to give a brief overview, Mila & Pheebs offer subscription and activity boxes for kids.
I love that the boxes are addressed to the children!
Inside our box we found:
Safari Criss Cross
Safari Colouring-in Sheets
Safari Dotty Art
Safari Memo Pad
Safari Pop-Up Pencil
Safari Greeting Cards
Safari Foil Stickers
Parrot Collage Kit
There’s a colourful sheet of paper with jokes and facts on relevant to the theme of the box you receive.
All of the contents were delicately wrapped in orange tissue paper, which our girls also used for their craft activities.
The first thing the girls wanted to do was the parrot collage kit. This is a super cool and easy kit for any child to do. You’re supplied with a picture of a parrot, along with some feathers and googly eyes.
The idea is to use the feathers and googly eyes to decorate the parrot.
Whilst R was busy doing this, M chose to decorate a safari themed greeting card with some of the feathers and the safari foil stickers. Using the pop-up pencil, M then wrote in her card.
R then decided that she also wanted to use a card to decorate and gift to her older sister. R was inspired by the safari theme of the box as she decided to draw a lion inside the card and use some of the orange dot stickers for the dotty art craft inside her card!
Next up, was the dotty art kit. The idea is to use the coloured dot stickers to make a picture by sticking the stickers over the dots. I really like this one!
Overall, I love the safari themed box from Mila & Pheebs. If I could suggest one thing to improve the box, it would be to put a small tube of glue in too!
For the purposes of this review we were sent one box to review. All views and opinions are 100% my own.
